Fusion Blanche 2022

Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne

2022,

This wine is gastronomic, on the other hand it can be drunk for itself thanks to this balance in the mouth on both finesse and gourmandise.

A great success!

A four-hands creation

I worked these two grape varieties separately, in the most natural way possible, without chemical inputs, with less than 10mg of sulfur per liter, with the aim of making a living wine.

I carried out a spontaneous vinification using indigenous yeasts and aged the wine for 12 months in old Burgundy barrels.

— Julien Petitjean, winemaker in Burgundy

The clay-limestone terroir with rolled pebbles enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights.

I use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Certified for organic farming and agroforestry, I harvest by hand, respecting the living world.

— Clodéric Prade, winegrower in Languedoc

Your opinion

Unqualified but sincere rubric according

Gault & Millau

The nose is slightly woody, with lovely floral notes such as elderflower. On the palate, the Burgundian style is again evident, with a full, floral, woody wine. The finish retains tension and a pleasant salinity. 90/100

On the palate, the beautiful complexity leads to more. A lovely sapid finish.

Charming style, beautiful exoticism and juicy length.

Our tasting notes

Review by DIVINEO

Eye

The color is white-gold yellow, shiny and clear.

Nose

The nose is very fine on white flowers and white fruits with some citrus notes.

Palate

The palate is pure, with saline and white fruit notes, the addition of Roussanne does not weigh down the wine, but gives it more body than the 2021 version.
