The wine’s light ruby-red color is an invitation to taste.
The nose is delicate, evoking a potpourri of flowers and hints of redcurrant. On the palate, a fine balance of freshness, gourmandise and sapidity is revealed. A pleasantly saline finish.
The portrait according to the winegrower
I worked the fresh harvest in whole bunches to infuse, rather than extract, the matter as naturally as possible, without chemical inputs, with less than 10mg of sulfur per liter.
I carried out a spontaneous vinification with indigenous yeasts and aged the wine for 24 months in old Burgundy barrels.
The clay-limestone “terres rouges” terroir enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights.
I use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Produced using certified organic farming and agroforestry methods, I harvest by hand, respecting living organisms.
