The portrait according to the winegrower
Vinified from whole harvests, I worked these grape varieties naturally, without chemical inputs, with the aim of making a living wine.
I carried out a spontaneous vinification using indigenous yeasts and aged the wine for 18 months in old Burgundy barrels.
The white and yellow marls terroir enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights. I use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Certified for organic farming and agroforestery, I harvest by hand, respecting the living world.
