Insolente Grenache, is a cuvée of great delicacy where the tension of the Grenache gris is soothed by the finesse and length of the Grenache blanc.
This wine reveals a nuanced structure between purity of taste and length, Umamis flavors that are quite unusual in the world of southern wines.

I worked these two grape varieties in the most natural way possible, without chemical inputs, with less than 10 mg of sulfur per liter with the desire to create a living wine.
I carried out spontaneous vinification with native yeasts and aging for 12 months in old Burgundy barrels.
I do not use any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Produced in certified organic farming and agroforestry, I harvest by hand while respecting living things.
The Marnes Blanches et Jaunes terroir enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights.
