A blend of Syrah and Cinsault. The Syrah brings fresh fruit and spicy notes, and the Cinsault a great finesse whose style is close to that of the Pinot Noir grape.

The wine is well-balanced, with crisp fruit, salivating mouthfeel and smooth tannins. Thanks to its natural freshness, this wine can be kept, but also brings immediate pleasure.

A four-hands creation

I worked these two grape varieties separately, in the most natural way possible, without chemical inputs, with less than 10mg of sulfur per liter, with the aim of making a living wine.

I carried out a spontaneous vinification using indigenous yeasts and aged the wine for 12 months in old Burgundy barrels.

The clay-limestone terroir with rolled pebbles enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights.

I use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Certified for organic farming and agroforestry, I harvest by hand, respecting the living world.

Syrah predominates on the nose, with aromas of fresh blackcurrant and pepper. The palate is fresh and delicate, like an infusion vinification. The barrel ageing is not noticeable and brings fine tannins. A finish marked by tension and pepper. Digestible and luminous. 92/100
