This highly original white cuvée, created from Grenache noir grapes, offers a unique sensory experience. It seduces us with its citrus aromas, its balance between freshness and delicacy, and its saline finish with fine bitters.

A four-hands creation

We created this Blanc de Noirs as naturally as possible, with no chemical inputs and less than 10mg of sulfur per liter, with the aim of making a living wine.  

We carried out a spontaneous vinification with indigenous yeasts and aged the wine for 15 months in old Burgundy barrels.

The terroir of white and yellow marls enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool nights. I use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Cultivated using agroforestry principles, the grapes are harvested by hand, respecting living organisms.

Gault & Millau

The nose starts with a vegetal side, with aniseed notes, followed by licorice and cherry. On the palate, the attack is light, followed by fullness and spicy touches. Everything rises to a crescendo, culminating in a powerful, slightly warm finish. Beautiful bitters add structure.
